RegenVive™ 90-Day Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident trying RegenVive™. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you have 90 days from the date of purchase to return it and request a refund.
How to Request a Return:
- Get Authorization: Email us at support@regenvive.com within 90 days to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Include Your RMA: When you ship your product back, write the RMA number clearly on your return package.
- Send Tracking Info: After shipping, email us your RMA number and tracking details so we can monitor your return.
- Return Window: You must send the product to the provided return address within 14 days of receiving your RMA.
Return Conditions:
- Products must be returned in good physical condition (not broken or damaged).
- Include all original accessories and packaging.
- Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer.
